Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer in the UK, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing at:

You may handle and inspect the goods as you would in a shop. However, if items are returned in a condition that goes beyond reasonable handling, we may make a deduction from your refund.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

30-Day Returns Policy (Extended Policy)
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns policy.
To qualify under this extended policy, items must be:

Return shipping costs are not refunded.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at service@listentoyourgut.co.uk and include photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of:

Refrigerated or perishable goods (e.g., Natren probiotics) unless faulty

Opened food or supplement products
This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty.
Sale Items
Sale items can be returned under your statutory 14-day cancellation rights.
However, they are not eligible for return under our extended 30-day policy unless faulty.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow your bank or card provider time to process the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders must be cancelled before shipment.
If an order is refused at delivery, return shipping costs and any carrier fees may be deducted from your refund.

Freight charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Missing Goods

All wholesale orders must be inspected upon delivery.

Clear photographs of outer cartons and damaged goods are required.
Claims made after this window may not be accepted.
