Shipping & Returns


  • Orders can be shipped to most non PO box addresses in the UK.
  • Orders can be shipped to most locations in Europe. If you have any questions about this or find that your shipping address will not allow you to complete the checkout process, please contact us via live chat (bottom right corner of this screen) or email us at
  • Orders placed before 10am GMT will typically ship on the same day they are placed.
  • Orders placed after 10am GMT Friday will ship on Monday (unless Monday is a holiday) because couriers do not guarantee weekend delivery.

Guarantee / Refunds

Every item offered by reflects our commitment to give you the best quality, service and value. If you're not satisfied with your purchases for any reason, simply return any UNOPENED product (the seal must not be broken, and the product must be in re-salable condition) with a copy of the invoice within 30 days from the date of purchase for a prompt refund or credit, less the original shipping charges.

Please ensure you protect and pack the products correctly for the return shipment - if the products arrive here damaged, we won’t be able to give you a refund. 

For any damaged items, please contact us immediately and take pictures of the items in the original packaging.  

Important Notes:

We are unable to reimburse you for any shipping charges that you incur to return merchandise to us. If you choose to return some or all items on your order, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.
